Guardian (Not much mana at all with a low recast time, works rather well...)
Mend Ailment (Works amazingly well with the hex removal and healing)

Mend ailment only works on conditions, not hexes.
certainly still worth taking though, unless you use 'I will survive' instead.
An interesting tactic may be to take draw conditions, and i will survive. This would be a great help to the spell casters, who tend to get targeted 1st.

Life Bond is probably the best way to go, usually put it on two of your soft targets. The unfortunate downside is that you will have to completely rely on adrenaline skills. Life Bond with an axe would probably work, but you'd have to replace Sprint with Rush if you're accustomed to having a speed buff. You almost won't get to enjoy the benefits of an IAS stance, unless you're just running one bond and a Zealous weapon.
Protective prayers are probably best left in the hands of someone with more energy, as most require you to reapply them often or have a high energy cost.

well, i tried using an all adrenaline / signet build with Convert Hexes before, and it worked good sometimes removing a pesky backfire or Wither.

Granted I didn't use it for very long, and it's been a while, so things may have changed sincethen, but I remember Shielding Hands being relatively cheap and effective. At max I remember it would reduce 15 points of damage on all hits. On a warrior with insane armor and dmg. absorb this would make you pretty much invulnerable for the duration of the spell against regular attacks. It was excellent for tanking.
For a while I also had Shield of Regeneration, which was a nice saving grace, but clearly not meant to be used frequently due to the cost.
All the other stuff I tried has already been suggested or mentioned here.

for a warrior i think shield of regen takes up far too much mana. unless you had strictly adreneline attacks, your mana will be gone right away. =/
